Workshop 2026:TRE and the Somatic Integration of Masculine and Feminine Boundaries
In this workshop we will invoke spontaneous ‘neurogenic’ movements to deepen the embodied awareness of our multiple personal boundaries & dismantle the unconscious somatic patterns that dampen our capacity to connect with ourselves & with others.
By deepening embodiment & integrating unconscious reactions, TRE empowers us to sense, open, close & modulate our boundaries with ever greater ease – cultivating connection, fostering empathy & maturing our nervous system’s capacity to grow ever more grounded in & through our relationships with others.
A central focus of the session will be the embodied exploration of our multiple interpersonal boundaries; our feminine boundary - where others are entering ‘our’ space; our masculine boundary – where we are entering ‘another’s’ space; & our unified boundary - the shared mutual space that always exists between & within all others.
