Angie Haswell
Angie is an art expression facilitator who creates safe, soulful spaces where people come together to heal, reconnect, and remember they are not alone. Her work centers on finding the space within ourselves and with one another, especially through seasons of separation, grief, and life transition- facilitating through art and expression- finding the 'gold in the healing.' Through creative expression, the community are gently guided to weave their individual journeys into a collective experience of compassion, strength, and belonging. Angie believes healing happens when people are witnessed, held, and united—where once broken pieces become more beautiful, and together, we unify in healing and compassion for all.

Workshop 2026:
Saying the Unsaid - Words to the Wind
Saying the Unsaid is a deeply healing experience inspired by the Japanese 'Wind Phone', where words travel not through wires, but through the shared human experience of love and loss. 'Say it to the wind'
In this guided meditation and art expression session, participants are invited to speak the words they never had the chance to say — to someone gone, changed, or no longer part of their lives as they would like. As individual stories are honoured*, a powerful sense of unity emerges: a reminder that while our grief is personal, our longing, love, and need to be heard are universal. While each participant journeys inward, the group's experience is unity through shared presence — acknowledging that grief, regret, love, and healing are common threads that connect us all. By witnessing our own truth alongside others, participants experience both personal healing and a profound sense of belonging. * (sharing is not compulsory and an internal experience is also facilitated if desired)
